This life is a matrix of consciousness in the coordinates of time and space. The life spumes out of one source and run forward like a river. Our individualized consciousness is the foundation of our existence. All our thoughts and actions are droplets of the river.

Our habits means, that the mind believes that it can not get rid of a particular thought. Most people who make up their minds to stop smoking or to stop eating will continue to those actions in spite of themselves.

They do not change because their minds have soaked up habits of thought just like a blotting paper. Habit is tenacious. As a result of the influence of an act we are likely to repeat it. After so many repetitions or practice it becomes the habit. So habits are repetition of thoughts and these we have capacity to change.

Though we cannot recover most of the things but we can recover our habits.
