Finding and following ways to create friction between you and your distractions is the only way to meet your daily and long-term goals.

If social media is your weak point, create friction by leaving your devices in another room or handing over them to someone. If people at your place are the source of distraction, make the effort to find the place where you can avoid that distraction. You can also choose the best time, maybe early in the morning or late at night or whatever suits you to enjoy your  ‘me time’.
