Being grateful doesn’t always mean that everything is wonderful but it simply indicates that you’re aware of your blessings in all your circumstances. You acknowledge and appreciate the little things that you do have. It shifts your focus from what is lacking or not perfect to what is already present & good.
Most of the time we take everything that’s actually great in our lives for granted and we are busy being regretful for what we perceive is wrong or what we don’t have with us.
